BFSA Act, Bylaws, and FOIL Information
The Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority is a New York State Public Benefit Corporation which was established by the Buffalo Stability Authority Act, which was signed into law on July 3, 2003 (Chapter 122 Laws of 2003). This Act was further amended on May 24, 2004 (Chapter 86 Laws of 2004).

FOIL Requests
FOIL requests may be submitted to BFSA in accordance with the Public Officers Law and
BFSA's FOIL Policy.
Requests should be addressed to Mr. Nathan D. Miller, Records Access Officer.

Once a FOIL request has been reviewed and access granted, records may be inspected and/or copied at BFSA's office by appointment only during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm). There is a 25 cent per page charge for photocopies.
